Description
RestHR for Amazfit: rest timer, zone-2 cardio, and posture with live heart rate. Strength: timed rests with end-of-rest buzz (works if screen sleeps), live HR, optional auto reps with -/+ fixes. Hold for menu to switch modes or finish. Cardio: stay in zone 2; buzzes if you drift high. Set bounds in Settings. Posture on watch. Session recap after. No phone needed mid-workout.
