Description
Sleep Ledger keeps the account of the sleep you owe your body. I designed a mathematical model of that debt, from three published works: Van Dongen 2003, for repaying by half; National Sleep Foundation 2015, for need by age; Windred 2024, for regularity. Every morning it compares your sleep to your need. A short night adds the shortfall. A longer night repays half: sleep is not recovered hour for hour. Six pages: debt and bedtime, last night, stages, trend, regularity, history. All computed and stored on the watch. Feedback & Support: devandtrader@outlook.fr
