A single-screen Zepp OS Workout Extension that overlays Intervals.icu interval guidance on top of a native Amazfit running workout. The native workout keeps owning GPS recording, route navigation and the activity lifecycle; this extension renders interval state, targets and alerts as a pinned data page inside it.
