Description

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is calculated by measuring the variations in the intervals between consecutive heartbeats. The HRV value measured by amazfit devices is RMSSD, which stands for the root mean square of successive differences between normal heartbeats. RMSSD primarily reflects the autonomic nervous system's ability to regulate the body, making it an important indicator of cardiac health, stress levels, and overall well-being.
