Train at home guided by your watch. CaliForge shows exercises, repetitions or time, rests, the next movement and visual technique cues. It includes Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced programs, pause and resume later, vibration cues, history, duration and average heart rate. Progress is stored locally. Try Beginner sessions 1-3 free and unlock the rest through one external KiezelPay payment, with no subscription. Repetitions are confirmed manually.
