* After downloading the app, please go to the Workout List > Select Exercise > Settings > More > Data Page > Add Page > App/Workout Data to add usage. After downloading the app, please go to the Workout List > Select Exercise > Settings > More > Data Page > Add Page > App/Workout Data and add Workout HR Live This workout extension shows user heart rate (HR) changes live during any workout. The app shows a visual chart bound to the user pulse zones (from Light to VO2 max and above). Because HR zones depends on user age, I would recommend to set the age in Zepp app on mobile phone In other way, this extension assumes that user age is 30 years old.
