Running Economy evaluates a runner's efficiency through heart rate and pace, helping them achieve ideal speeds with minimal expenditure or maintain a specific heart rate.The key indicator of running economy is heart rate per kilometer. This application displays real-time and average heart rate per kilometer, pace, heart rate, and exercise time. Lower heart rate per kilometer means better physical fitness.
